How It Works

How ZedTransfers Works
Finding a potential swapmate can be simple.

Step 1 — Create Your Profile
- Register on ZedTransfers and provide the required information about yourself, including your professional and current location details.
Your information helps the platform identify relevant potential matches.

Step 2 — Select Your Swap Preferences
- Indicate the location, district, province or other relevant preferences relating to the swap you are seeking.
- The more accurate your information is, the better the platform can identify potentially suitable matches.

Step 3 — Discover Potential Swapmates
- ZedTransfers analyses available profiles and identifies potential users whose information and preferences may be compatible with yours.
- You can then review available matching opportunities according to the information made available to you.

Step 4 — Identify a Suitable Swapmate
- If you find a potential swapmate who appears suitable, you can proceed with the available connection process.

Remember:
- A ZedTransfers match is not a transfer approval.
- It simply means that the platform has identified a potential person with whom you may be able to pursue a swap.

Step 5 — Communicate With Your Swapmate
- Once connected, communicate directly with your potential swapmate.
- Discuss the proposed swap and ensure that both parties understand the requirements before proceeding.

Step 6 — Follow the Official Ministry Process
- This is the most important step.
- After finding a swapmate, you must follow the official Ministry procedures for the proposed transfer or swap.
- This may include the submission of required documents, applications, approvals and any other requirements prescribed by the relevant Ministry.

Step 7 — Await Official Approval
- The relevant Ministry and its authorised officials determine whether the proposed transfer or swap is approved.
- ZedTransfers has no authority to approve or guarantee the outcome.

In Simple Terms
- ZedTransfers → Finds the swapmate
- You + Swapmate → Communicate
- You → Follow the official Ministry process
- Ministry → Makes the final decision

Remember:
- ZedTransfers helps you FIND a swapmate.
- ZedTransfers does NOT give you a transfer.
