Connecting Civil Servants. Simplifying the Search for a Swapmate.
- ZedTransfers is a digital swap-matching platform designed to help civil servants find potential colleagues who may be interested in exchanging their current work locations or postings through an official transfer/swap process.
Finding a suitable swapmate can often be difficult. Civil servants may know that someone somewhere is looking for the same type of swap, but finding that person can be challenging.
ZedTransfers provides a centralised platform where eligible users can create their profiles, indicate their preferred swap locations and discover potential matching opportunities.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is simple:
- To make it easier for civil servants to find potential swapmates.
We use information provided by users to identify possible matches based on factors such as profession, province, district, workplace preferences and other relevant criteria.
What We Do
ZedTransfers:
- Helps users create swap profiles.
- Helps users identify potential swapmates.
- Provides a structured environment for discovering matching opportunities.
- Connects users with potential swap partners.
- Helps simplify the search process.
- Provides information to help users understand the swap-matching process.
What We Do NOT Do
- ZedTransfers does not give, approve, authorise or process government transfers.
- We are not a Ministry or government transfer authority and cannot guarantee that a proposed swap will be approved.
- Once a potential swapmate has been identified and the parties are connected, the users must communicate directly and follow the applicable official Ministerial procedures and requirements.
Our Mandate
- Our mandate is to help you FIND a swapmate.
- Our mandate ends when the swapmate is identified and the connection is made.
- Any subsequent discussions, documentation, applications, agreements and official transfer processes are the responsibility of the parties involved and the relevant Ministry.
